1. NO ID NUMBER NO COVER, waiting period 3 months,
2. Accidental Death Immediate Cover, Suicide 24 months waiting period.
3. Please check personal information is correct as incorrect information will lead to no cover.
4. Extended members and older persons is additional charge.
5. Children only qualify for coffin, hearse and family car.
6. Grave site is at your cost.
7. No cash refund,
8. Coffins are standard size only, over sizes are charged extra.
9. You can upgrade to any coffin or caskets at additional cost.
10. Additional transport fee will be charged to other districts |
